Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but a majority of students go to school without eating breakfast. At school, a hungry student can lose concentration in class and have no energy for playtime.

A calm and healthy breakfast every day is the best defense against this happening. It also helps children to learn good habits that they can carry through life.

Many of our lessons include the importance of good eating habits. All students should bring healthy snacks to school such as a healthy sandwich, fruit or vegetable snack and unsweetened juice or milk. Foods such as chips, candy, chocolate spreads and sugared drinks are not acceptable.

We ask all parents to strictly abide by this policy for the well-being and good health of your child.
